Called and scheduled for an exterior faucet repair to occur the morning of March 8, 2019. Plumber called that morning to discuss the repairs that needed to occur I had left the information on the company voice mail and said he was on his way. A few minutes later he called and said he had been called to an emergency with a flooded basement. I said I completely understood and he said he would call back later. I called around 12noon - he said he would know when he could come by in another 90 minutes. Around 1:30pm he called and said they would not be making it. He said they could come next week and I got him to commit to "first thing Tuesday morning." Monday came and went and no confirmation call they were coming but I took them at their word. Tuesday came and went and they no showed and did not bother to call. I called Tuesday afternoon and left another message. Tuesday end of day no response from anyone at Gravelys Plumbing. Wednesday, March 13 at 4:44pm Gravelys called to say they understood I needed a broken faucet fixed. I told them since they had no showed the prior day and we had not heard back from them we had scheduled with another plumbing company. His response was "Sounds good to me." No apology, no explanation. We wasted 2 days waiting for this plumbing company who could not be bothered to treat us with the same level of respect we provided them.
