John	"Technicians" showed up, never introduced themselves, had to generate the conversation to see if anything was going to be said while they were there. Job was performed and when asked to clean main line going into the house I was told that would be an additional 250 but we can work a deal for you at 137.50. I was told prior to scheduling this service that the guys clean the drain field lines and the main line going into the house and was told the service runs anywhere from 300-400. Total was 573, a far cry from what I was told. Customer service rep told me "I most certainly did not tell you that was included" when I actually was told that. BEWARE of Hidden Fees.
