| benjamin luna | Oct 6, 2017. My wife woke up to the sound of running water and I jumped online to find someone to work on my hot water heater that was spitting out water EVERYWHERE!! I called AA around 6:30 - 7:00am and a very cheerful woman answered, took my contact information and told me a service tech will call me in a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes and I received a phone call from the service tech and began to ask questions to help figure out the problem. The service tech arrived to my home in less than an hour and quickly figured out what the problem was. He left to get a part from a local store and quickly replaced the part. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, even though I was frustrated with all the damage the faulty part caused which was no fault of AA Express Plumbing and I was rude with him a few times. His knowledge and customer service skills calmed me down and the final bill did not give me "sticker shock" as the charges for services was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend AA Express Plumbing to everyone and will DEFINITELY use them again if the need arises. Thank you Thomas Duncan service tech for all your help!! |
| Barbara Noe | It was a Saturday and we had a company come out to hook up a new washer and inadvertently broke the copper pipe going to the valve. I called the company and they had Thomas come out. It was late in the afternoon but he came and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Will use them for any future as other companies I called said it would be Tuesday or a week based on the company even though they advertised emergency services. |
