I scheduled online and got a quick confirmation and i also described what i needed done. When the guy showed up he said it would be about 750 dollars to fix which of course i got to pay it. Unfortunately when he said the work was done and charged my credit card over the phone, 2 hours later the knobs fell off because he used glue. But he charged me for parts and he used the same parts, just glued them together. Safe to say my tenant wasnt happy, Im not happy and i called Roto-Rooter to investigate. What i dont like from what i thought was a reputable company is if they check on the work?
