| Jacqueline Williams | I had Mr. O'Neill came to fix something on my water tank a month or two ago. I realized after that the problem was not fixed so I called the office and his wife answered the phone. After I explained what happened and said I would like then to come back out to evaluate the problem. She became very defensive. I had to make several calls before Mr. O'Neill called back. Even when he called back he also gave me a attitude and a hgv and time saying he was busy and didn't know when he will be able to come to the house. Then I got a nasty voicemail from his wife starting that you get what you paid for. I didn't appreciate that. Needless to say he never came out to look at the issue. So, if you use this company and something goes wrong with what they fix.....they will give you a hard time and never follow up. This is bad customer service. To me it seems as if it was all about the money....which is horrible! Horrible experience with this company! |
| Jim DiMauro | I was without water on New Years day because of a leaky pipe. I called O'Neill and left a message explaining my problem and asking for service that next day. Promptly at 8AM they called and said I would be the 2nd appointment at 10:30. At 10:28 two service tech arrived, introduced themselves and went right to work. By 11AM my water was back on. The problem was under a floor and very difficult to access but they were diligent, courteous and just nice guys. I will call O"Neill for ALL my plumbing and heating needs! |
