| S Lamm | Follow up services for existing customers is abysmal. My mom had a new furnace installed earlier this year by them. She lost heat during a recent cold snap and they gave her the runaround and never attempted to remedy the situation. The lady she spoke to was rude, unhelpful and told my 75+ yo mother to go buy some space heaters and they were too busy. |
