Brought them leaking faucet cartridge worn out from all of our Covid hand washing and the plumbing area employee took one look and 10 seconds later I was walking to the cashier with the parts. Nowhere else are you able to get that kind of service; no part numbers were on the cartridge, he just knew his department and knew his business. And yes they fit and worked. Worth every penny to get the right part to wash our hands again and with minimal time in the store.

If youre ever training someone on how to be good at customer service, tell them to bring a notebook here. These guys are great.

Our new sump pump is installed and working well thanks to Ed Youngs and in particular Ed L. in the plumbing department. Thank you Ed L! My husband and I decided to self-install a new sump pump vs. having someone come into our home due to COVID -19 concerns when our old one broke. Ed helped us over the phone to pick out the right sump, identify the accessory items we would need for the job and provided good advice that helped make this an easy install.
