You can do a happy dance after, Day & Night Plumbing/Sewer come to your house! I called them after a real estate client was referred to them because, they have a camera to use in sewer lines. My client was more than satisfied with the job they did on his sewer line. Jon quickly assessed my issue; without needing to pass on the extra cost of a camera. Jon felt tree roots might be the issue. He removed the toilet, immediately saw tree roots, & took the time to show me. He ran his machine to clear the tree roots. There were a lot in a 3'-6' area under my slab foundation. I was definitely worried my slab floor would have to be removed in my bathroom. He even gave me a tip on how I might know when tree roots would likely be a problem again. For me, my tub will gurgle or back up likely every 3 years if tree roots return. As for punctuality, they said it would be in the afternoon. He arrived around 2:00; was gone by 3:45 with toilet back in place. Cost was fair. Waited one week to do review, still working great. HAPPY DANCE!

Saturday afternoon there was suddenly a fountain in the basement. I unplugged the sump pump and called Day & Night Plumbing. I had NO idea what the problem might be. Within 2 hours a young man was here. Assessed the problem and fixed it! He came back on Sunday to make sure everything was fine - it was. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!
