Hoodie Foodie	I had a very good experience. I called just before 8 pm on Friday. It was 5 below and my furnace wouldn't stop blowing cold air. I thought the woman who answered was the answering service. Turns out it was his wife, he just walked in and she put him on the phone. He tried to talk me through shutting down the blower over the phone. No luck. He was at my door in about 1/2 an hour. Apparently the switch was located where the furnace that had been replaced almost 30 year's ago been located. Blower off. Best scenario, I would need a new controller. Worse a new furnace. Next morning he called bright and early to tell me the part was not in stock and couldn't be ordered until Monday. Temperatures were going to be even colder over the weekend. He gave me the names of people who bought the part recently so I could contact them to see if I could get service before Monday. Many Thanks.
