Terrible rude and unprofessional I paid over 1000 for a deposit for a job to replace a faucet on my jacuzzi tub. I have no faucet because I was told that they need to break the tile around the tub in addition to the hole in my living room ceiling which was not enough to fix the problem. I refused that solution and I told them they can open the ceiling further in order to be able to access the plumbing. The gentleman Joseph wanted to leave after telling me it was my job to find a solution and that he did not like my attitude how ironic. I had to tell him I would call 911 if he left without giving me a receipt. Finally I was able to get a receipt from the manager. But Im still down over 1000 and still waiting for a solution. I will update my review once they complete the job as agreed upon.
