Peter Buckner came to my home on May 9 and 11 to replace two leaking faucets, my aging hot water heater, and the sump pump. His talents and work ethic along with his courtesy and professional were superior. I felt extremely relieved to have these jobs so well done. Got our ducts cleaned, humidifier fixed and a new air filtration system put in. I can't explain how much better the air is! The new metal work is leak-free. They guys were polite & worked efficiently and took the time to show me how to use the new system and answer questions afterward. They put drop cloths down to protect my floors and cleaned up like they weren't there. Would recommend.

I feel as if i was taken advantage of. 3 Weeks ago my furnace went out, they came and they simply said a part just needed cleaning and charged me 82 to do that plus the 90 assessment fee. They said i could potentially need later on 2 different parts replaced. They never said the part they cleaned could need to be replaced nor recommended it be done. On Sunday my furnace went out again and it turned out to be from the part they cleaned and never suggested to replace. This time they said it needed to be replaced why didn't they say that before I asked if they would take off the 82 i spent to clean it and all they could say is that was a valid charge and didn't care about me or that I paid for a pointless 82 cleaning and tried to tell me that they told and recommended that part to be replaced when they cleaned it LIES. It's only 82 but they could be doing this to many others just to make extra income here and there and it's wrong. My next stop is to the BBB to let them know as well as never doing business with them and ensuring my family doesn't ever again as well as anyone else i know who does. It's sad that they put this taste in my mouth for a mere 82. So cheap.
