Plumbing services by Pink Rose Home Service in Rochester, New York

About 3 years ago we used Pink Rose to fix our dormers. The person that was sent was unprepared, and had to make several trips to home depot to purchase items he did not have. The job was piece mealed together, and we had to call Joe four times to send the guy back over. We could tell after the 4th visit that it was still not done right. Joe sent his henchman over to look at it, and they decided that the job was just fine. We made a mutual decision with Joe to cut ties, and he did not charge us. It is a good thing we didn't get charged because here we are three years later, and they look worse then they did before Pink Rose "fixed" them..

Jeff came out to do two very different repairs at my home. Replace melted siding and electrical work. It was great to have ''one stop shopping'' and not have to call separate companies to do the work. One of the repairs was fixing, for the third time, my kitchen ceiling fan/light. I had it installed and then it wouldn't shut off with the wall switch. I had another reputable company come out and ''fix'' it again but that lasted about 6 months. Jeff did some rewiring and balanced the blades, which were all causing the problem. Jeff was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable! Considering my house is almost 100 years old and the wiring is old! I would recommend Pink Rose, especially for those ''small jobs'' around the house. For me this was great!
