My tech, Chris L. did a great job replacing my 19 yr old gas water heater. I wanted to supply the heater myself and he picked it up at the store and brought it to my house for the installation. That was really convenient for me. In fact, everything I wanted to be done was done, in a timely and professional manner. Chris was friendly and explained what had to be done and why. There was some code updating to be done and he was knowledgeable about that which I appreciated. I feel much better since I don't have to worry about the old heater giving up unexpectedly. AP set up this installation within a couple days also. All in all, I had an excellent experience with AP Plumbing.

We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled back in February. I wanted to wait until the newness wore off to write the review, and frankly, the newness hasn't worn off yet. Our entire experience from top to bottom was fantastic. Lynette really worked with us to choose appropriate fixtures while helping us control our costs, and once work started, Frank and James were top notch. They were very personable, explained everything, were CLEAN with a capital C, and of course, the work was first-rate. As with any project of this scope on a 60+ year old house, we hit upon some unforeseen circumstances, and they were dealt with swiftly, with minimal delay to the overall timeline. In our case, Frank and James had to call in some reinforcements to deal with said issues, and every one of those gentlemen had the same professional attitude and skills. We couldn't be happier with how our bathroom renovation turned out, and we tell everyone that it was AP that did the job for us!

From the first call we had a great experience with AP. They came out promptly, provided honest, accurate diagnostic information and repair pricing. They were always on time and kept us apprised of the project status. Nobody likes to pay for this type of work, but we felt it was fairly priced, quality work. Every step of the project was handled professionally and every employee treated us with respect. We would not hesitate to call them again in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
