Heat system had intermittent problems, leak in shower etc. Then no heat call had Chad with Copperworks, out late on a sunday night, on the coldest day of this year. He diagnosed problem quickly and --actually- was able to locate a replacement part for this older heating system, particularly on a sunday night, with negative temperatures likely the most difficult part of the job in this case. Before he left to locate that part, he said, if he couldn't get it, he could customize a repair anyway. Leak in shower fixed with new valve stem, competent solid work by Copperworks. Then, a few weeks later, hot water heater going out. Again, quick diagnosis of the problem. Chad with Copperworks knew what was wrong by description over the phone, fixed it quickly and competently. Other tenants here grateful also, for the knowledge, and fast good work. |
