| ny ladybug | The people sound okay on the surface. But work was very substandard, the original problem was not fixed. When called to come back, had plenty of excuses not to come that day but eventually did come back. "Fixed" the problem which was NOT fixed, and then charged us AGAIN. Both times, he and his helper did a "divide and conquer" thing. Worked on the first floor while engaging homeowner in friendly conversation and sent his "helper" to work on the second floor. The second floor is where all of the "problems" were discovered. Poured acid down the toilet and sinks for clogs on BOTH days. Didn't bother with a snake. Wanted check made out to "cash" or would he charge us more money for a "house call". We called another plumber who fixed the original problem plus the problem caused by this company. This person told us that the acid could have caused major damage to our plumbing. Everything is working as it should after the second plumber did his work competently. Just a word to the wise... stay clear of this company. |
