They will come & clean it out for 38.00 - put in the blueing sulchion & the t.p. if needed. In the fall they put in a brine sulchion to help it not to freeze up. Different types of porta potties vary in price. Note only used are fore sail. They do need some minor easy repair but they can't rent them out no more. We are so glad that we checked them out & we hope that you do too. Very reasonible.
