I called this company with a furnace emergency about 9:00AM on a snowy morning. I live somewhat outside their zone of availability, but had failed to get anybody to pick up the phone in my own area. The lady who answered the phone was most helpful, and had knowledge of furnaces that got us started on the right foot. Chuck, company owner, was at my house by 12:30PM, easily diagnosed my problem, and had my house warming up by 1:30PM. You cannot say enough positive things about a person and a company like this.
