| Steve Hauser | I hired Reilly plumbing because they are a local family owned business who charged a reasonable price. Dennis Reilly appeared to be very nice person that does a professional job. That all changed when my water heater that he installed started to leak in December: for months Dennis made excuse after excuse why he is not coming over, he even made an excuse for the excuse. All he had to do was go to the supply house pick up a new water heater and apply for the warranty. I know since I spoke to the warranty claims with the manufacturer. Dennis Reilly is nothing but sweet talker whose work is lacking. This plumber sweat soldered pipe joints next to joist without even protecting the wooden joist from charring as seen in the pictures. Furthermore, the chimney liner he installed is cheap and flimsy, almost like a giant dryer vent hose. Now this liner is breaking down causing mineral deposits to build up and needs to be replaced. Dennis puts up a nice front, but it is only a smoke screen for his shoddy work and business practices. Avoid him! |
