Today I had an unpleasant encounter with an employee of this outfit which i felt i had to comment on. First off I'm not commenting on their work I'm commenting on the fact that this employee was very rude and he seemed to think the world revolves around him. So here is what happened I was parked on the street waiting to leave unfortunately for me he was double parked blocking me I then asked him to move so I could get out in which he did but for only a minute or two I then tried to leave again but he again backed up and blocked me he then gets out to tell me he moved for me to leave in a snarky manner and then asks me if I was leaving again as if I didn't know if I was leaving I said yes I was busy getting ready to leave and he shot back I don't give a s@t! So if he didn't give a ST just because I inconvenienced him to move just for parking makes me think I'm glad I'm not his customers he probably doesn't give a ST about his work and with employees like that I wouldn't hire this company especially dealing with something as dangerous as heating he could cause a fire even worse yet get somebody killed for his I don't give a ST attitude. For someone to give an attitude just for asking them to move and if you didn't move fast enough to his liking he then tells you he don't give a ST looks to me like he doesn't care about anything or anyone but himself so beware about getting work done by these guys because in the end they don't give a ST well at least for the Mr Clean looking employee with a bad attitude

I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one and new fixtures. The job went faster than estimated and they did a top notch job. They even tighten a loose shower handle and kitchen faucet while they were there. Did I mention they did all of this during July 4th week?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbers in NYC.
