The girl in the office made the appointment but when the plumber was an hour late I called the office and left a message, I was not rude at all, I just thought he was tied up and wanted to know if he was going to make it there. After waiting another 20 min I called using my cell phone. After I stated my name she acted like she could not hear me. I then called using my landline and there was no answer. I never got a call back, no one ever showed up. I am baffled as to why you would treat a returning customer this way. Totally unprofessional. |
