| Rpglover . | Disappointed. I called for an emergency repair since the water pressure was so low in my home that, nothing was working properly. I reached a person that took down my number and address, than told me that someone would call me today. I waited over 5 hours while my problem got worse, and I finally received phone call from Mike but he couldn't come until tomorrow afternoon. I had to call other plumbers to find the right one, that could actually come in and fix the issue before, there was no water in my home at all. I can't recommend a company that claims to be open 24 hours but, doesn't have the common courtesy to get someone to respond quickly, to fix emergency repairs. I would have appreciated even a call to tell me that, there was no one available at least, instead of someone calling me hours later, only to tell me he can't come until tomorrow afternoon. |
