Extremely happy with the services. I called in the morning, staff answered immediately and got me set up with an appointment ASAP. I liked getting the email showing the technicians face and with details. I also liked receiving a call when the technician was on their way, so I could drive home from work. They were right on time. Very quick diagnosis of the problem, gave great explanation of what the issue was and what options were available to solve it. Didn't push any sales on me as a customer, which was a change since I'm used to getting pricey service agreements with the oil company! The technician showed me the equipment that needed replacing, showed me on the iPad the full cost for the work - no hidden fees or labor charges. I was also surprised at that! He did the work very timely, I paid via credit card right on the spot. The whole process was very very easy for me, which I really appreciate. It's a headache waking up to a flooded basement, so I was very glad Nebrasky could help me so quickly. I would definitely recommend Nebrasky to anybody in the area for reliable services!

According to the Mrs., Keith was professional, courteous. He performed the service on our boiler in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Fortunately there were no issues and he was done within a reasonable time.
