Wendy Lucas | Called early on a Saturday morning. Furnace not working right. 60 degrees in my house. 4 young children including a disabled child. Received a return call back at 8 am. Told me he was driving past my town this morning anyway and he could probably get here by 10:30. I gave him the courtesy of letting him know that I had called multiple places and that if someone could get here earlier I would call him back to let him know. He immediately copped an attitude saying 'that's okay I don't wait in line'. I was taken back and asked what he meant and when he basically dismissed me as a potential customer I reiterated that I had 4 young children and that we were freezing. This is not the way to treat a potential customer who is in a crisis. |
