Had service on my propane furnace serviceman called me in advance as requested so I could meet him there. Also took the time to clean up inside the furnace while he had it apart. These guys are AOK with me!!!!

Every Spring I have my furnace and air conditioning serviced. When I received the the bill in the mail, I was floored. The way it was explained to me, there is a flat rate for furnace cleaning and a flat rate for air conditioner cleaning. In other words, if the technician spends 5 minutes on your air conditioner, you pay 149.00. The same applies to the furnace. These guys are getting paid better than the attorneys I work for. I received a bill for 279.67!!!!! There was a grand total of 10.00 in parts filter & nozzle. I thought I would check with other businesses to see how these prices compare with others. The furnace cleaning was pretty much the same. However, there was a 100.00 difference in the air conditioning servicing!!! Needless to say, that was all i needed to hear. I have been screwed for the last time. My suggestion is, check other vendors in your area. No-one should have to pay that kind of money when the furnace and air conditioning is serviced annually. Would not recommend.
