Plumbing services by Adriatic Plumbing & Heating Corporation in Long Island City, New York

I had Adriatic come out to replace a shower valve to pro-actively prevent the possibility of a leak since it was an old cartridge. I was charged close to 1000 for the job with six hours of labor for this simple task. Most of that was time billed simply to retrieve the part. Now, a few months later the shower cartridge is apparently leaking, causing water damage. Adriatic is refusing to stand by their work and insisting this is a “new” issue, even though this was obviously the result of deficient work! Disreputable company with poor service. Do not let them into your building!

One of this company's vehicles hit my parked car along with 4 other vehicles- destroying the entire right hand side of the cars and left the scene. The company is Super shady and lacks integrity.

I asked Adriatic Plumbing to fix a leak underneath my sink and to fix a mixing valve in my shower. They spent 4 hours at my apartment including 2 hours to go shopping, charged me 786.49, didn't listen to advice from my super, and partly as a result weren't able to fix the mixing valve. I am used to plumbers being expensive in Manhattan but I expect that they're able to fix things. You can do better even if you think 786 is a fair price for fixing a leak.
