Normally, people are super helpful here. I was in the lumber dept. and there was no one around. I searched for a while and finally found what I needed for a project. It would have taken half the time if there were any Associate to help.

Very upset with my service with the appliance delivery. I ordered a washer and dryer combo set and it was to be delivered and installed on Saturday March 7th. I was emailed the day before with a morning appointment time but then later I was given an evening appointment conflicting the earlier time. When the delivery team came to install my appliances they brought the wrong cord for the dryer and I was told someone would be out on Monday with the correct cord to install the appliance because they don't deliver on sundays. When I called to find out the time on Monday I was told my cord was coming on Friday March 13th instead. When I complained that this has been a huge inconvenience I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Don't buy appliances from here. The delivery service is a joke. I have been left with no appliances now and I have paid for these appliances and the installation and I cannot use them until it is convenient for the delivery service. So now I have been left with the inconvenience. I want my money back for the installation because no one can get their stories straight.
