| Robert Shumate | Had a caster wheel i had purchased somewhere else and needed washers and nuts for it. Went to home depot and could not find what i wanted. So i stopped here on my way home hoping i would find what i was looking for. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by a girl behind the counter and asked me if i needed help finding anything i held up the caster and told her what i was looking for and she grabbed the caster went to shelf and found all the parts i needed while i watched. I don't need to say anymore. Great and highly recommend. Would recommend to anyone. It is the personal customer service that matters and a lot of companies do not offer that. Those mom and pop shops are the best. |
