They are so good with me, I would highly recommend them, the office girls were very helpful and so nice. The kid I wish I could remember his name that came out was very personable and knowledgeable. We asked several questions and he was great with answering them. Thank you Suburban Septic!!!

very unprofessional. After having an agreement with rod hoover owner to have a septic tank installed, month goes by and then Yvonne takes over stating it would be several weeks before they could do the job. I agreed to wait even longer I tried several times to reach out to her and was never put in contact with her or rod they were always out of office or busy. After a few weeks go by I finally received an email stating they would not be able to do the job. I would not recommend them. After reading comments from owners after several bad reviews I'm sure I will be called a "snowflake" unless Yvonne uses her time to google a different catchy name instead of scheduling work. Stay away very unprofessional.

The worst service ever. If I could give these guys a 0, I would gladly. Yvonne is the rudest most miserable person I have ever encountered business wise. Charges for things that do not need to be charged for, Doesn't touch base, her employees complain about her when they come out, and she is the most unprofessional "representative" for a company - really sad how she treats reputable businesses. If you need any services from them - I would suggest doing your research before choosing them - unless they get a better vibe in the office.
