I asked Lauren about the experience of the tech. Lauren advised me that he has been vetted and with company for some many years now. The Techician Arrived at 10:40am and was done with work by 11:30am with travel to retrieve blower motor part needed for job. I asked Lauren why I was being charged 49 and some change extra. Lauren advised me that the technician called after 11:40. Lauren also advised me that I have to pay until tech is done with paper work as well. The form I received had my name address and cost of parts and tax and total all written by had. Simple form. I felt that once the travel and work is completed then clock should stop. Lauren advised I pay for them to write ticket as well. When I called the next day and spoke with Lauren. I found Lauren to be short with me when I called to express the experience. Lauren's answer was that she would have Mr. Cleveland call me. I Was informed there is a 1 year warranty on work. I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Scott Cleveland which gave me some tips for my furnace. I went home and did what Scott said and my furnace is working like a charm. I would highly recommend this company. Mr. Cleveland made me feel like family. Very professional and knowledgeable. |
| B&B Cue Works | Highly recommend Scott and his crew. Was having a problem with propane boiler and sent Scott a video. he immediately called me back and explained his thoughts. Then cleared his schedule to stop over and see it in person. Scott went over everything and said the installation wasn't wrong but things have changed over the years and made some suggestions. He never once made any negative comments towards the installer and complimented some things and showed what he could do to rectify the 2 major issues. So far so good. Few days in, and no air/steam in heating lines, no pipes banging, and everything seems to be perfect. Can't thank you enough . |
