However, we feel there should be some scaffold approach to service calls. 172 is a lot to spend on a call where nothing needed to be done. We had a leak that we assumed was a water heater, as the water is pooled under the water heater. The technician did not find a leak and we are going to have to look to see if it is coming from another area. That being said, 172 for a year a quick check really seems unreasonable. We spoke to the company but received no relief, evidentially 172 for a 30 minute service call is the norm.
