My Samsung ductless A/C /heating unit was installed on June 3, 2019 and has not worked for months. I have called and emailed multiple times. A technician finally came out but did not know the problem. He was going to try to recharge the unit and came back 2 more times without the proper equipment and did nothing. I called and called with no reply. My unit is still not working and the company will not return my calls. I am basically sitting with a 3,200 unit that i can't use. I would never recommend this company. I am a senior and was hoping to use this unit as a heating source this winter. If I could give the company no stars I would.

It's taken me almost 10 months to post this but had to get it out. VIO plumbing did a quality job fixing my broken baseboard heating pipe for a great price. They also came back a day later to work on a non related furnace issue free of charge.

Al and his crewmember did an incredible job replacing our hot water tank this morning. I got a hold of Al yesterday afternoon and he was able to get here and replace our old one first thing this morning. They worked quickly and even made sure to keep the doors closed so our little crawler was safe. Al came highly recommended to us by a good friend and we would recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.
