I called at 6 pm and reached an answering service. I was responded to within 10 minutes. By 7 pm, a service person was at my door. By 7:30 pm, my furnace had a replaced ignition and was operating the way it was supposed to. Problem solved, warm house again. Price was comparable to other quotes in the area, & it was after regular hours. Service person was courteous & professional. A better ending than I expected. |
