A godsend. I never, ever, EVER write reviews unless a service is either unbelievably terrible or absolutely glorious, and Rubber Duck is 100 the latter. It was IMPOSSIBLE finding an emergency plumbing service that was A reliable, B fair with prices, C honest, D competent, E not a total fraud, and honestly, I can go on with listing A LOT more. I'm in a basement apartment that relies on a sump pump to move water out, and if that thing chokes, I can't even use my sink without the apartment flooding. Getting it fixed quickly and correctly has always been a giant headache, until Rubber Duck. A random Google search of local plumbers directed me to some total jokes - some who said they'd be here within an hour and 4 hours later I still haven't heard from them, there was one who told me over the phone that he accepted credit cards, then after a 3-hour wait showed up and said “whoops,” he was mistaken. In a heightened state of desperation and rage I finally found Rubber Duck, and within 90 MINUTES I had running water in my apartment! I'll never, ever, EVER bother with any other service again. It was quick, simple, painless, honest, convenient, and a bargain. Sadly, that's difficult to come by these days. And to be honest, I'm so relieved that I've got Rubber Duck now in case I have to deal with any more sump pump issues in the future. No more dealing with time-wasting buffoons.

John and Joe and their crew did a fantastic job rebuilding the drain and waste lines for my kitchen and bath today. John said he'd bring a full crew so the work was all done efficiently, and as a result, I have all my fixtures back at 2 PM the same day. They kept my home clean and protected my carpets and flooring. The work eliminated all the slow and corroding galvanized pipe and fittings. The men were all pleasant and readily answered any questions. I would be proud to show anyone their work, and I highly recommend them for all plumbing projects.
