Plumbing services by DiPalma Plumbing in Cheektowaga, New York

A horrible company. I had scheduled estimates on 4 seperate occasions and this company no showed/no called on all 4 estimates. What reputable company does that. ? Plus I had to come home from work to meet them , so I also lost pay. What company does this to it's potential customers.? I get the feeling that drugs are involved. The reason they stiffed me was because they were high, hung over or strung out. What other logical explanation can there be for stiffing me 4 times ? I can understand one or two no shows/ no calls, people sometimes honestly forget but 4 is unacceptable for a company. No regard for my time or money. Stay away. Totally incompetent.

Irresponsible amd unresponsive to my appointments. Never called to cancel, waited for hours, not even a phone call to cancel. Many others good compamies out there. look around. A company should care about your time. Horrible attitude from the owner. It was like his time was the only thing that mattered. Trust me this company will be out of business very soon with their attitude. If you read all the reviews you will see that Dipalma plumbing filed a review on themselves. Of course it was a good review. Very unethical and dishonest. I guess you could say they are running a scam by reviewing their own company.

They saved us from a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night! They worked so hard and didn't quit until they figured out the problem, even though they could have easily left us without plumbing till the morning. They did not give up until they figured out the problem and got it resolved. They were professional and fair and so skilled. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and I'd call them for both routine jobs and for emergencies any day of the week.
