| kyle mcmahon | I called Joe from USA Drains at 8:45 p.m. tonight not expecting a response until tomorrow. Within 10 minutes he called me back and I explained to him I had a septic smell coming from my bathrooms but wasn't sure what the issue was. He immediately said he would be right over and sure enough within 10 minutes he was at my house. All it took was him looking around and after just a few minutes he found that one of my drain/septic vents was dislodged and no longer attached. He cleaned the pipes up and used pvc cement and primer to reconnect the pipes. Problem solved. I Couldn't ask for a more responsive, professional, and thorough company. I truly recommend them with any of your needs. They now have a customer for life because they were amazing!!! Thank you USA Drains!!! |

Needed a simple clean out of a clogged pipe, I was told it was not clogged, it was a broken pipe. Fee turned quickly from 350 to 3,500.00. Got a second opinion, guy came brought a camera and a snake, nothing was broken, and he got the work done quickly, thank God I used my two senses! |
