I highly recommend Shotwell Plumbing. Mark and his partner showed up on time, after he confirmed our scheduled appointment that morning by text. They were neat, fast,and friendly. They finished the job for the fair price that we had negotiated over the phone without trying to sell me anything else on the spot. He made a recommendation to replace the galvanized pipe sometime in the future since I told him that I'd had problems with the same pipe before, but he didn't try to pressure me.

After experiencing serious water problems at my home, Rob responded within 30 minutes. He resolved all problems, explained clearly the precise procedures he would do, and worked quickly, neatly in unpleasant weather. Rob was polite, friendly, and reassuring. He left my house way better than he found it! Equally friendly and reassuring was Kim, whose reassurance, efficiency, and friendly voice was the initial contact. This is the second generation of Shotwell plumbing, our go-to plumbers for many years, and continues the reputation of good service, honesty, prompt response, and professionalism of the past 30 years.
