Our furnace quit on us the Saturday morning of Easter weekend. The ignition switch blew, so my husband called the Harris Hill location to ask if they had the switch in stock. They did, & my husband drove 1/2 hour out there...to then be told they would not sell him the ignitor .The reasons he was given were 1-he's not a contractor & 2-he could use it to build a bomb. My husband works for NYS DOC as a union carpenter. There is no reason he should have been told one thing on the phone, then refused service at the counter . Now our house is 42 degrees & will be cold all Easter weekend until we can get the part on Monday online. Many thanks Irr, Happy Easter & hope your family is warm. Ours won't be .
