Really what the world DOESN'T need. Especially when you are having a plumbing emergency. This guy is completely unreliable, uncommunicative and rude. When we called after the third day when he didn't show up as scheduled, his response of "whatever" to this extremely stressed out pregnant person was not appreciated.
