We got our septic tank pumped for the first time living with a septic and we had wonderful service. Our technician was Wes, and he was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Since this was our first service, he explained the process to me, educated me on what is good and bad for my septic and guided us on proper maintenance. The price was very competitive, out of 5 separate companies I have called they beat the price out of all of them. Our appointment was between 8-12 and he arrived around 11. I was able to call on the day and find out a more detailed time of arrival which was accurate. Will use again in 2 years or if any issues arise.

He provided superior emergency service, quickly finding the root cause of my ongoing sewer issues, where others could not, or would not! Mike followed up with repair work on my sewer, with a crew equally efficient and helpful. They not only repaired the problem the right way, but made suggestions, and even removed a small tree for me! After using several sewer companies in the past 20 years, I can't say enough about Mike and his team. They did everything they said they'd do, and more. They restored my faith in the plumbing profession.
