The Bad - very poor customer service, I purchased a 1,900 toilet that had a scratch on the porcelain, i called and spoke with the salesperson I made it clear i wasnt looking for a return or a rebate i wanted help on how to correct the scratch, it is under the finish.   I was told there was nothing FW Webb could do to help me, i should contact the manufacturer, that was 3 days ago.  no follow up from either company.  i spent an extra 200 in an effort to buy local; that was a mistake. i was able to buff most of the appears to be metal away, still left with a stain.
