Bryan Lastre	Going to start with the good. They are open 24/7 and would bring some one within an 2-3 hours. besides that their quality to their service underperforms and would charge you for just coming. They changed a cold water line in the basemen and fixed it. But They left a valve closed and couldn't tell me it was closed, then sent two extra plumbers to not do anything and dare to ask me what he should put in the invoice. The next day it started to leak. I called and they didn't want to send the same plumbers that fixed it. I'm so dissatisfied with the quality had to get different plumbers.
Sebastian NYC	Called for assistance in regards to a leaky boiler. I'm not sure how their technical service is, but has the worst reception/customer service. I had to repeat and spell my address and city several times. After the third time, I gave up. I ended the conversation by stating if this is the quality that represents the company, then never mind. I must say that I have never experienced such a low comprehension skill in my life.
