Cheltsea Layland	I get this was during a pandemic, but some of us are still considered essential. Everyone was VERY rude, and didnt seem to want to assist a woman who knew about decking. I had to get my own flat cart and load 44 boards myself. The customer service desk told me to wait 10 mins until the help "arrived". Should have just supported my local hardware store.

DJ Button	If i could rate individuals this would be much lower. I love The Home Depot in Batavia and have been going there for years with never an issue, But this past weekend was by far the worst experience ever. In the paint section there is a blue haired woman Dyed blued who is the most impersonal, rude person we have ever encountered. 20 minutes even after we went back to the counter to get the paint she was just as rude. Wouldn't even respond to my direct question, Just looked away and talked to someone else. I hope she isn't a permanent there because I will go somewhere else for my paint needs.
