| julie warn | These people were hired to work and paid upfront,destroyed my eldetly mothers house never completed job actually only made matters worse didnt have proper permits to install her furnance never contacted inspector to make sure it was up to code, lied consistantly,and my mother was gullible enough to trust them and paid them up front..when threatened with court they promised to return money if mother would drop the case and put in certified letter that she wouldnt seek furthur damages.well my mother as kind as she was agreed sent them the notoraized ,certified letter dropped the court case and guess what they still have yet to repay her and now wont answer her calls or texts..we are going back to court !BEWARE..UPDATE WE WON OUR JUDGEMENT AGAINST THEM ! They never showed up to court now on to the next phase recovering her losses ,five steps the court says we have to go through in the process to give them a chance to pay and if no reply they will be sitting in jail! |
