Bass Plumbing came out to my home in Glenville, NY. They are based in Albany, NY. They installed a loud and abonoxious Sump Pump. The installer didn't bother to dig a trench to discharge the water outside my home. I had to do that. Plus the pump does not run correctly. I had to use fishing wire and sinkers to make the pump work right. I will never drop them another line. They dropped the ball and charged me 500 dollars for nothing. They know nothing outside of municipal water systems, beware. If you don't live in they City they are no help. They never even called to see if everything went alright.
