Just a shout out to Luke the plumber, really appreciated the time he took to explain my new system to me. No sales gimmicks or pushes. Just the facts and the matter. When you find yourself with no heat, two cold kids and a wife, you cannot express the appreciation for someone to come in, take care of business and leave us warm by the following day. I wish I could give a better than a 5-star recommendation. Long story short, I awoke on Saturday morning to a cold house; my furnace had died after I had fallen asleep on Friday night. I called Paul's after I had made all tests I could and he was exceptionally forthright: a new furnace is not inexpensive but, given what could be wrong, the likelihood of resurrecting my 25-year-old obsolete unit was slim. I appreciated his honesty and chose to replace it. The crew that arrived - led by Luke - was extremely courteous and efficient in the face of some complex unanticipated problems, cleaned up after they finished and left me knowing I had made the right call. Thank you, Paul's. You completely exceeded my expectations.

When my heat went out they were very quick to come out and assess the situation. I am so thankful for their patience as I tried to navigate the difficult and expensive situation of being without heat in January. When I called to schedule a replacement they were here the next day and got it done quickly and efficiently. Very thankful for their service and understanding.
