As usual, Sun City Plumbing & Heating provided excellent and dependable service! We always call Sun City for all of our plumbing / HVAC services and have NEVER been disappointed. Most recently, we needed our water heater valve / thermometer assembly replaced and, of course we called Sun City. The whole process was painless, quick, efficient, and performed with quality service. Jeff went out of his way to help my wife make the correct phone calls and get the parts in within one day yesterday while I was at work. Today in the morning the parts showed up at the door step. I then notified Sun City. The woman that answered the phone was very pleasant and receptive I am sorry for forgetting her name. She then notified Jeff, who showed up within a couple of hours of notification. He installed the part without any issues and with kindness and honesty. Can't wait to have warm water again thanks to Jeff and Sun City! Always respectful, happy, and honest people who make things easy and smooth. Can't say enough about how great of experiences I have had with Sun City today and in the past. Thank you Jeff and all other Sun City staff for making life a little bit easier!

Sun City has been our "GO TO" company for several projects involving AC units, Heaters, and Water Heaters for several years. They have always provided prompt and efficient service at a reasonable cost. And in those rare moments when something they did was not working as expected they immediately returned to remedy to issue. This year a new water heater was required as the original that came with the house 15 years ago was struggling to fill our needs. Jeff arrived when promised and began removing the old unit and Dell showed up within a few minutes to deliver a needed tool for the job and was able to stay long enough to help complete the job. They disconnected the old unit and removed it with very little mess left behind. Along with the new unit they installed a metal drip pan which the old one did not have. The whole process was started and completed within the estimated time indicated. Both Jeff and Dell were friendly and focused on their work. This is what my wife and I have come to expect from Sun City and always recommend them to others when asked. Thank you for your technicians who represent your company in a very professional and friendly manner.

We experienced a foundation leak on the morning of Christmas Eve!! Everyone from Sun City was professional, skilled, courteous and on time. The said exactly what they would do in the quote and did everything they said for the quoted cost My sincere thanks to Steve!!!! I was even able to get the damaged dry wall repaired and painted through them. Todd is a craftsman!! You can't tell anything was ever damaged. My wife and I are extremely satisfied. Sun City has our business!!
