I had a water heater failure. I called M&R right at 8 am. I told the receptionist my problem and she checked with some one in the back. She said they could send someone out late morning or early afternoon. Justin text and called me a little after 9 am. He came over and explained all the services that M&R could provide. He showed me the flat rate cost to replace the water heater. No add on or hidden fees. We agreed on a water heater. He had it installed in a few hours. It looks and works great.
