TLC treated me extremely well! They were really quick and reliable. The part that they had to order wasnt going to come in when they said it was supposed to be shipped so they found another distributor that had the part and installed it. TLC is the only company I will use for my heating and AC.

Very happy with their service. My sewer line collapsed and they actually worked hard and late hours to get it replaced. Ryan and his guys from Albq did a great job !! You don't find contractors like that in this town.

We had a whole home humidifier installed in our new build home on October 11. Immediately after the humidifier began leaking into our attic, down between the walls and under the wall soaking our carpet. We called the after hours number and the techs arrived over an hour later. They did not resolve the issue that night, it wasn't until Monday that they fixed or so we thought the humidifier. We had to pull up the carpet and start water damage control ourselves. TLC did not get a contractor out to our house until the next afternoon. We had to have holes cut into our walls. Our brand new house now has patched up walls because of a faulty job. The home repairs still are not complete. Today, the humidifier began leaking AGAIN! It is leaking in a different area and down into a different wall. We had to cut a hole into another wall. We have called every TLC number that we have, including the manager, David. I have left several voice messages and texts. We have called the after hours number 4 times. It's been 3.5 hours and no one will return our call. It is bad enough that we are having to deal with these damages to our brand new home due to someone's inadequate job, but the lack of customer service is appalling. I don't understand how you think it's ok to treat customers this way, especially when you've damaged our home and we've been understanding through it all.
