| D D | I was fired because I didn't like the owners favorite boy, in all field workers opinions he was worthless and from what I saw I agreed with them. When asked by the owner what I thought of him I voiced my opinion with facts and was fired the next day.. My first amendment for free speech was crushed and if a person doesn't want to know the truth, don't ask...UPDATEAfter my termination they sought out my new employer and the owner drafted a slanderous letter and forwarded that letter to my new employer via our engineer. He cried saying I was involved in a project they had with my new employer and that was the reason the engineers stopped a bad COR. When in reality even tho I could have, I wouldn't waste my time or energy since they meant nothing to me and I had real tasks to work on. Really "twisted" mindset.. Had I been able to read a post like this from a previous employee I would not have taken the job offer there. Avoid working for this disgruntled, vengeful company at all costs. I will post a copy of the letter if asked for in this forum. The engineer was amazed that such a petty hateful letter was even sent over since they had no idea of who I was up to the day of the letters public distribution by smithco. |
