I went for electrical wire asked 4 people for help no one knew anything. They asked me to wait for a salesman 10 minutes later I walked out. Educate your employees if you don't you just have a bunch of people stocking and standing around. I'll never be back in another store!

Service here is not good assit manager is no help all they do is stand around instead of helping out the customers

Service is awful. Was trying to wave someone down for help for about 10 minutes. Multiple employees looking directly at me and blatantly ignoring me. Glad I don't go there often.

Fast and friendly staff. Told them what we needed and was in an out very fast. Have been using them for the last 10 years.

I've been using Samons on W. Central for 30 years. Great staff. Good for electrical and plunbing. Robert is great at making keys. Prices are very competitive. They alwas have the best selection of parts for evaporative coolers. They are local!

Greg was exceptional in helping me solve my plumbing issue today Eubank/Montgomery store. The experts at Samons are wonderful, and they have been reliable in locating parts not available in the big box stores. I hope they are around for a long time.

The staff there is very friendly, very polite and very helpful. The store is very clean and very well organized.

Very knowledgeable people, always was greeted and helped by someone as soon as I walked in. But the system to check out needs to change. Everything you buy needs a ticket printed. It's not a bad system but when there is a line of people, you forget something, and try to add it to the order while in line or at the register, it feels like your holding up the line.

We have a really old house. Samons always have just what we need. Electric, plumbing, cabinets, water heater everything we need.

Don't be afraid to update your new hours on google so people don't have to drive over there to see you're closed.
